What does “flat-rate” mean exactly?+
CoachingPortal Professional is $49.99/month for unlimited clients. Your bill at 25 clients is the same as your bill at 200 clients. There is no per-client overage, no required nutrition add-on, no white-label upcharge, and no branded-app fee on top.
Why do per-client tiers cost more in practice?+
Most platforms cap each tier by client count, so as your roster grows you keep upgrading: ABC Trainerize jumps from Pro 50 ($122/mo with annual billing) to Pro 200 ($225/mo with annual billing), and PT Distinction Master adds $1.60 per extra client per month past 50. TrueCoach Pro caps at 50 clients with no public tier above it. Each upgrade preserves the same product but increases the bill.
How is this different from “unlimited” tiers on competitors?+
Some platforms offer unlimited-client tiers (My PT Hub Premium, Kahunas Ultimate). The catch is usually elsewhere: My PT Hub adds $145/mo for the white-label app and $12/mo for Check-Ins AI; Kahunas Ultimate at $99/mo unlocks unlimited clients but at a higher base price than CoachingPortal. What about transaction fees on payments?+
