What counts as a client?
Any active client profile you are currently managing. Archive a client to free up a seat without deleting their history.
Can I use my own logo?
Yes. Custom colors, logo, and a branded subdomain are included on every coach plan, including Free.
How do payments work?
CoachingPortal does not process client payments, invoices, or payouts. There is no Stripe or PayPal connection inside the product. Charge clients however you already do — invoicing, bank transfer, or your own payment tools — and use CoachingPortal for coaching delivery.
What is the difference between plans?
All coach plans include the same features. The only differences are the number of coaches, the number of clients, and the monthly CoachGPT credit allowance. PT Mode is an optional add-on on Free, Grow, and Professional, and is included with Studio.
