This is how easy it is to create an exercise program for your clients. Your library already comes pre-filled with many different program templates to start from. You can also create a new one from scratch. Many coaches opt for using an existing template. I will be using the upper lower 4 day split for one of the demo clients so you can see how easy and customizable it actually is. When you assign a template, each client gets their own unique copy of that template that you can easily modify to their needs. The first page of the program builder is the goal screen. What this does is allow coaches to choose the rep ranges that their clients will be working in for all exercises. Each exercise can then be overridden as needed. The difficulty level can be changed and really only has an effect on auto periodized programs. The second step is the duration or auto periodized section. For beginners, most coaches prefer a single duration program. For more advanced lifters, you can set auto periodization so that the phases accumulate and progress the client programmatically using our proprietary algorithms. Now for the fun stuff, exercises. This screen is where you will select days and assign workouts to each day. With over 3,500 exercises, there's something for everyone and every style of training. Drag and drop exercises here. Add super sets, warm-up sets or drop sets, copy or move exercises or days. Add rest time, notes, and more. Once you are satisfied, the final screen shows a summary of your creation. It breaks down each week by muscle group and shows the optimal MEV, MAV, and MRV for the client based on their sex, as well as gives you a nice daily breakdown. That's it. Your client will see everything is programmed on their end when performing a workout.
