CoachingPortal is operated by ClearInsite LLC in Indiana, United States. It was founded in June 2025 by Matt Gilbert, an engineer and paying coaching client — not a certified coach. It helps independent coaches manage clients, build exercise programs with auto-periodization, prescribe meal plans, run in-person PT sessions, communicate with clients, and track compliance in one portal. CoachGPT is the built-in AI assistant. It drafts check-in reviews, client progress summaries, exercise programs, and meal plans from relevant client data for the coach to review and assign. It does not change a client's plan on its own. Credits: Free 3/month, Grow 18/month, Professional 30/month. A program draft costs 3 credits; most other generations cost 1.
